Have you checked if the message comes actually from the tv or the cable box? I used to have this issue and it was the hdmi connection from the cable box. Resetting the cable box fixed the issue. Would check this first before returning the tv for another one and experiencing possibly the same problem. Good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I talked with LG support and they confirmed the problem was with the cable signal. I rebooted the cable box and the problem was fixed.
