Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG DLG7151W gas dryer. We understand that you're hearing a strange sound related to the pilot light, and we're here to help. The noise you're describing, where the dryer runs normally for a short time and then has a "mini turbo pilot" sound for about 40 seconds, could indicate that the gas igniter is cycling on and off as it attempts to maintain the flame for heating. While some sounds are normal during operation, this continuous cycling may not be typical behavior for the dryer. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: Check for Blockages: Ensure that the dryer vent and exhaust duct are clear of any obstructions, as this can cause the dryer to overheat and cycle the igniter. Verify Gas Supply: Make sure that the gas supply is steady and that the connections are secure. Listen for Any Unusual Sounds: If the sound is louder than usual or is accompanied by other issues, it may be best to consult the user manual for specific troubleshooting steps or warnings. If the problem persists or if you're concerned about the sound, we recommend reaching out to us directly through a private message on social media at @LGUSSupport, so we can assist you further. We appreciate your patience, and we're here to help! —Renzo
