Not at all. The only real noise is metal button on my pants taping the drum as it spins. I am very impressed with it's quiet operation.

My LG dryer is so quiet I hardly even notice it is on. I usually don’t notice it until it plays the music to let me know it has stopped.

This is the quietest dryer we’ve personally ever owned. Our last model was an 2015 with all the bells and whistles and was much louder than this unit.

The dryer is in my daughters room and she barely hears it while it runs.

Dryer is very pleasantly quiet. Washer is quiet too; just hear a gentle swishing of the clothes in the water, but not loud at all. I’m very pleased so far.
