• I will suggest to contact LG support. I was about to return it, but call them and they did help setting up and it works fine. remember, rear speaker position will make a difference when it comes to enjoy surround sound. LG sound bar and rear speakers are low end quality speakers anyways, but I do enjoy the sound coming out of them.
