On your remote click the button with the gear symbol then mouse over to sound out and scroll over to Bluetooth click device selection the make sure your device you want to connect has the Bluetooth on then on the tv under available devices click search eventually your audio device will appear there click on that device and it will pair.

To pair the LG NanoCell 86 Series 4K 75 inch Class Smart UHD NanoCell TV w/ AI ThinQ® (74.5'' Diag), Model # 75SM8670PUA with your Bluetooth Headset, select the Settings icon > select the Advanced Settings icon > from the Sound menu, select Sound Out > Select LG Sound Sync Bluetooth from the list, then detect > Choose your Bluetooth from a list of available devices if it appears on the list to pair it. Before pairing, make sure your headset is fully charged...^IFV
