How do you get the DVD out? I inserted. a DVD, intending to copy it with MDRP. Now, can't get it out. The eject button on the drive does nothing. It won't play from the drive, so eject commands in the various movie playing programs are not active. null

Your’s must be broken. 
I bought one recently and it ejects when I push the front button.
