“I just purchased MacBook, High Sierra OS version 10.13.6. With USB cable able to get this to read DVD's but when I inserted the included disk for Media Suite, prompt was the program doesn't with with MacOS- any way to get around this?”

• Read in user guide that you have to uninstall current program before installing the supplied disc.

• The device only comes with a Windows Software Installation disc so you may want to check the Mac site to see if they have drivers available for this unit. ^CP
