“I've attached the device as instructed however I do not get a pop up or any other indication on the computer.I've inserted a tax disc but also nothing opens on the compute.I do have the green light and can hear the disc within the DVD writer moving?”

• Try moving if you haven't the usb directly into A usb slot. Have you checked, and seen if the drive shows up in your external devices list?
