“I recently bought this unit to play DVDs but when i try and play them a notice pops up saying that this is not supported - I was told by the Best Buy sales person that it would play DVDs?”

This is a difficult Question to answer without more Info what are you trying to do? What Comp Are you (model) using? Mac ? What model player send this info I will try to help you...
