A:AnswerI tried the 800 # provided and that LG support person could not help so they transferred me to a Microsoft support person who said I needed to call HP Support. They provided no number and just hung up. After plugging in this device to my brand new computer it repeatedly causes it to restart. It won’t play DVD’s which the description says it should do.
