Actually Best buy has listed the power mop feature in the item overview as well as included the mop nozzle, pads, and water filler in what is included section. I just checked and I can see everything is included. It must have been an issue with the website.

I don't know why it is not mentioned under the list of "what is included" on the description on the best Buy website.
