Hi Ally, check the manual for the TV that you have the LG DVD Player with USB Direct Recording, Model # DP132H connected to to see if you have it set for a fixed or variable volume output. If you need further assistance with that, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer for your TV for advice...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Bought this for my husband so he could easily operate his DVD/CD MOVIES, the previous one gave him too much grief at 79 years. It took him a while to get it going on the correct play channel with DirecTV. Once he got that done he plays it almost every day and really enjoys using it. Works great.
