it is just the lease portion and only for new accounts not upgrades according to our local store, which did not stock them.

Not sure about your math and where you came up with $324. ??? 24 months x $7.00 per month = $168! That would be the total cost of the phone excluding taxes and $30 activation fee. Hope this was helpful!
