- Answer Gram 17Z95P-K.AAB8U1 has a 16GB LPDDR4X 4266MHz, - On Board RAM. The RAM is not upgradeable because memory is soldered into the motherboard. The SSD is upgradeable as there are 2 slots. ^Daphane
