It is very heavy, so I would not advise it. There are holes on the back panel, so if the back panel is taken off and screws are added to attach a bracket then it may work. Taking it apart though may lead to compromising the functioning of the microwave.

Do not place oven above a gas or electric range. Free airflow around the oven is important. Allow at least 4 inches of space at the top, sides, and back of the oven for proper ventilation. ^Daphane
