QuestionI've heard that this microwave does not display a digital clock, and that once the cooking is done, it keeps on beeping. Is this true?

- Answer The microwave does display a digital clock. It plays a digital tune once the cooking is done and will repeat the tune after a few minutes if you do not remove the item or open the door. It does not play continuously. It is a very efficient microwave.

- Answer It is the latest technology. It refers to the design of the magnetron that produces the microwaves. Inverter technology spreads the microwaves throughout the interior of the oven more evenly then regular magnetrons. There are a few other manufacturers that have this design as well. I must say I really like my new LG neochef. It Heats extremely evenly and very fast and well.

QuestionHow tall and how wide how long

- Answer 13 and 1/2" from top to bottom of feet, 23 and 3/4 wide, 19 and 1/2" deep (including the bulge on the back). Note: the feet are hard plastic and will need rubber pads or double sided tape (as I used) to secure it from sliding on the counter or other smooth surface when you push the open door button (don't know why they didn't provide a set of rubber feet with the unit).

QuestionCan this microwave be installed in cabinets with a trim kit?

- Answer If you buy the right size trim kit. Our old trim kit was to small as the old Microwave was small. After 4 GE Microwaves in a year with GE refusing to come out and fix them we bought the LG. I went to Hobby Lobby and had a frame made, we then mounted that around the Microwave, cost me $82.00.

- Answer The manual is wrong. You enter the cooking time. DO NOT PRESS ENTER…the manual says press enter. Press Power Level. Repeat press to run thru the levels, as in 90, 80, 70… Press Enter/Start It will cook at the time and level chosen. I almost returned my brand new microwave to Best Buy before finding this out.

QuestionWhere is the power cord attached on the back of the microwave? Is it in the center? Or is it off to the left or right side as you face the FRONT of the microwave? It will make a difference with a cord that is only 3 feet long.

QuestionI’ve seen a few answers but I’d like one more example please. If I want to cook something for 38 seconds, am I able to select 38 and then start? Likewise, cooking for 1 minute and 16 seconds, Press 116 start? Can I set this timer for specific seconds?

- Answer If you want to cook something for 38 seconds in the LG 2.0 cu. ft. NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and EasyClean®, Model # LMC2075ST, you can set the time manually by touching Stop/Clear, then touch the number keys to set the time (i.e. "3" then "8") then touch the power Level to select the power level you want to cook at, then touch Start/Enter/+30 sec. If a Power Level is not selected, the oven defaults to 100% power. To set the time for 1 minute and 16 seconds, follow the same procedure and enter 1:16 on the number keys. Setting the Kitchen Timer is the same except you start by touching Timer/Clock...^IFV

QuestionThere were several reviews that mentioned the wattage of 1350 on the Best Buy site was incorrectly listed and in actuality it is 1200..? Can someone please confirm which is correct for me? Thanks..

- Answer The cooking power is 1200 watts. The input power draw is 1350 watts at 120 vac. The extra 150 watts is for power to operate the controls, interior light, and turntable motor.

- Answer gotta press 3-0-0 I was used to my GE that I only would have to press "3" and "start" to get 3 minutes but even though it was the best rated and most expensive it quit working after 18 months. I'm getting used to the new LG

QuestionDoes the clock turn off to "save energy" like my other LG that my wife hates, Or does the clock stay on all the time so we can see what time it is without pushing a button?

- Answer The clock on the microwave can do either. You can choose to have it on constantly - setting it up by holding the clock timer button down for 3 seconds to set the clock or initially when you plug it in, the clock is not set and does not show a display if you choose not to set it up. So you have a preference either way - if you do nothing there will not be a clock displayed. The only thing I'd like to point out about this microwave is that it takes a little longer to heat things up compared to my previous thermador microwave. It has a cool light the lights inside while heating something and a nice pleasant ding at the end when it's done. Only con in my experience is it takes a little longer to heat things.

- Answer SENSOR COOK allows you to cook some of your favorite foods without having to select cooking times and power levels. The oven automatically adjusts cooking times for many food items. Touch STOP/Clear. Touch Sensor Cook repeatedly until Sc-2 (for Fresh Vegetables) appears in the display. Touch START/Enter/+30 sec. The oven will start automatically. Place in a microwaveable bowl or casserole. Add water according to the quantity. 1-2 cups : add 2 tbsp water. 3-4 cups : add 4 tbsp water. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Let stand 3 minutes after cooking. ^CP

QuestionSo I have a 17-3/4 inch deep area to place it in. I know this microwave is 19" deep, but I'm wondering if the distance between the front and back feet can securely fit my 17-3/4 surface?

- Answer The LG 2.0 cu. ft. NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and EasyClean®, Model # LMC2075ST has a depth of 19 3/8 inches from the back to the front of the unit and the even though the feet are within that 19 3/8", they are not that close together that they will fit in a space of 17 3/4". However, it is also recommended that you allow at least 4 inches of space at the top, sides, and the back of the oven for proper ventilation. With that recommendation, this will definitely not fit on a shelf with a depth of 17 3/4"...^IFV
