- Answer No, sorry, it does not have the turntable on/off option. When we researched before purchasing this one, if we found any that had that option, they were either much larger or more expensive (but I honestly can't remember if any still have that option). I empathize with not having this option in the new microwaves; I will miss it.

QuestionOur microwave is less than a year old and it stopped heating today. The light comes on, the turntable turns but no heating. Suggestions? Thank you.

- Answer Oh no! It sounds like your magnetron tube has given up the ghost. I got five years out of my last microwave, and about four years from the previous. In both cases I briefly smelled smoke when they quit heating. Good luck and I hope it turns out to be something trivial. I ended up replacing my burned out microwave with an LG that has a 10-year warranty.

QuestionI just purchased this microwave. It tips back and forth on the front right and and really badly on the back left corner. Am I missing a part? It does not sit flat.

- Answer This microwave will work on a normal 110 volt line. Make sure the breaker in your service panel is rated no less than 25amps. If you can dedicate the outlet to the microwave even better,
