“Can this phone be used with the triple minutes card? I have the triple minutes for life program and don't want to use a carrier like AT&T, Sprint or Verizon, and don't want to pay a monthly service fee. I just want to load new cards as I need them.”

I use the Trac Phone cards with this phone. I've never bought the triple minutes cards, (only the double minutes), so am not sure about your program. Trac Phone should be able to tell you if you call them. So far I love the phone. Easy to navigate and have had no trouble installing and using apps. And, beats having a carrier with monthly bill.
