• Bestbuy gives a 15 days return policy on this refurbished unit. They don't come with any additional warranty as a brand new piece does.

• There is a difference between "Used" items and "refurbished" items. Refurbished products such as the LG - Refurbished TONE Active Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones - Gray/Blue, Model # HBS-850. Refurbished products that have been returned to the manufacture or to the store's refurbishing center for various reasons and they are normally tested for functionality and defects before they are sold. They will come with some type of warranty on them. Please contact Best Buy's Customer Service to inquire about what warranty is on this headset...^IFV
