“Does the sidekick washer automatically retract? Just got mine and I have to hold it in place or it will retract itself back under the washer and the lid will close. It does not lock into place when extended, is this normal?”

• I have to make sure that it is pulled out all the way or it will retract. At first I didn’t pull out completely and it retracted. Try giving it an extra pull out.
