• No. It has to be used with the compatible washer for hookup and power supply.

• I don't get why it would not. Unless the feet on the dryer are different than the feet on the washer so stacking would not fit correctly. Unless the LG Dryer's are also not 27 or 29 inches wide like the washer.

• The base of the washer is designed to pair with it, plus you would have to work with a completely different hose set up. I would not suggest trying it just due to the fact that the more hoses, the more chance for future leaks.
