Hmmmm... we haven't had that issue at all but have only had it for a week. I've us d the steam option 4 times already and haven't had anything come out wet, but have had a few things feel slightly damp.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The couple times I tried it, that is exactly what happened. I only had a small uniform skirt in the dryer. I'm not sure if multiple items of clothes will improve this issue. A puddle of water did drip to the floor too. I just reviewed the dryer and my main complaint is the seal is not adequate and requires cleaning for each load. Back to your question, I ultimately followed up the steam fresh cycle with a quick dry cycle. :/
