I have the electric model and hands down it is the best dryer I have owned. On the manual mode I can dry a full load of large towels in 35 minutes. I have noticed the drying times are low and everything seems to have less static than my last dryer. You have to use tap not distilled water for steam but that feature is great when you dont want to iron or forget a load in the dryer and need to de-wrinkle.
