The LG - SideKick 1.0 Cu. Ft. 6-Cycle High-Efficdicated iency Pedestal Washer, Model # WD100CW has its own power cord has to be plugged into its' own dedicated standard 120V/60 Hz household outlet. A 15 Amp Time-delay fuse or circuit breaker is recommended...^IFV

It does not plug into the main washer. I had to put a power strip behind the washer, as there was only a single 110-volt outlet available. I guess a multi-plug adapter would work too.

Yes you need a separate power outlet.

You need a separate 110v outlet for this (I converted my single 110v for my washer to a double, and this works fine in the are circuit). But don't take my advice, consult an electrician.

YES! makes sure you have a "regular" outlet nearby. I had to use an extension but not that far away.
