“Had unit installed with front load regular washer above on Aug 12th. Drawer pulled while was in cycle. Told 3 WEEKS TILL TECH CAN COME OUT!! Please!! MUST be release to open to remove clothes, water w/0 voiding warranty. PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!”
