You can pair with two phones but you can't talk on them at the same time using the headphones

Yes as long as you don't use both at the same time

You can pair them with as many devices as you want, but they will only connect with one device at a time. If several paired devices are in the vicinity when they are searching to connect, they will connect with the first, or strongest signal. If that is not the one you want, you have to turn off things you don't want them to pair with and leave only your desired device in range.
