The LG TONE PLATINUM® Bluetooth® Wireless Stereo Headset, Model # HBS-1100 has a Limited Manufacturer's Warranty of One (1) year for Parts and Labor from date of original purchase. If the left channel is defective and has no physical damage to it, you can contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance as described in the warranty section of the owner's manual that came with the headset...^IFV

That's because there's a defect in the earpiece...try to get your money back...if not you have to go through the manufacturer ...which is a hassle...I hope you bought the extended warranty through best buy...if not ALWAYS do so in the future...it's a lot easier dealing with them!

Sounds like a defective unit. Better return. I have bought nearly every model. They are great but still fragile so I recommend getting the insurance. Worth it.
