• I use the headset voice command to call someone, or I can tell Siri to send message. I never had it tell me the name of a caller: I just hear my designated rings.

• Yes, it will text to speech with Siri or if you click the microphone in the text message. If the number is saved in your phone it will announce the caller name. It will read text message through Siri.

• Headset inter-operates with Siri. The mic will receive your voice commands and in turn relay them to Siri, which will provide those functions.
