I find with all Bluetooth that when I turn on roaming Wi-Fi away from my house, let's say in the car I get garbled interference. As soon as I use the phone internal Wi-Fi everything is fine

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too have experienced this. I thought it was the phone with the other end of the conversation. It was not. This particular Bluetooth headset has a tendency to cut out even when the phone was in my pocket and the headphones were on my head. I don't know why but after a short period the range of the headphones Bluetooth connection became shorter and shorter till it wouldn't make it to the other side of my body. Eventually I just replace them with a wired headphone just because I became disappointed. I called LG, they were under warranty, LG said they would do nothing until I tried them on another phone. Then if the problem persisted I would mail them in and wait. I simply decided not to buy any more LG headsets. So I feel your pain and I don't recommend this headset to anyone.
