• I don't know where all the others are getting their information, but short answer is YES!! If you try RTFM as it directs you to you would find out that it does. It is difficult to use though as you need to slide both left and right sliders towards back of neck tol activate!

• No they don't have a mute button but as long as you mute it on your phone you can use the for conference call because I do it all of the time.

• Yes you can mute the headset by pressing back on both the volume and track selection button at the same time, you'll hear a single beep when it goes into mute, repeat to unmute.

• To my knowledge there is no way to mute the mic from the headset itself. For that you will have to pull out your phone and mute it that way. When I needed to mute the mic, thats what i had to do.
