No film. Please do not try to remove anything. These monitors have anti glare so it looks that way. I’m on my third LG monitor now. If I’m wrong someone can correct me later. Also if it’s scuffed take it back to bestbuy ASAP. As long as your in the return window you should be fine. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a thin piece of film that is covering the glossy part of the frame. You should be able to peel it off. Mine was perfectly fine.
