The audio will be heard if you select the correct output in your settings. Being able to play sims 4 with high graphics depends on your computer not the monitor. The monitor will show anything your computer can run. It can be connected with Displayport and HDMI, the monitor comes with the cords. Displayport offers 165hz. You just need to connect it to the graphics card.
