Thank you for your interest in the LG Sound Bar (SPQ8-S) model. The LG SPQ8-S 2.0 Channel Sound Bar Wireless Rear Speaker Kit is compatible with the LG S90QY, LG S80QY, or the SC9S Soundbars. It is not compatible with the SH5B soundbar. Therefore, the LG SPQ8-S 2.0 Channel Sound Bar Wireless Rear Speaker Kit will not hook up to a SH5B soundbar.
