I was just told by LG that the spq8-s are compatible with the sn6y.

Only if you turn up the volume on the tv to get the speakers to work. So yes they work but cant hear them till you turn up the tv. Then its to loud

SPK8-S Rear Speaker Kit is what you'd need but I don't think you can get them. Amazon doesn't have. You Could Try Ebay maybe.
