• Depends on what you mean by programmable. It is in the way that most cd players have been labeled programmable since the 90's meaning you can play songs in a specific order if you so choose. You can play a specific series of songs that way through both the cd and USB functions. Other than that the clock is programmable, and the sleep timer is too.
