• The only way I could get my iPod to work is through the AUX input. When I tried one of the USB ports it says "Error"

• You should only use the speaker supplied with this unit. Using any other speaker may cause malfunction. You can connect an an output (earphone or line out) of portable device (MP3 or PMP etc.) to the AUX IN 1 (3.5 mm) connector. ^Daphane
