Would 2 be enough to light up a small room? null

One bulb is sufficient to light a medium room. Two in a small room at 100 percent brightness on Bright White would likely be excessive unless you are filming or something.

I have 1 of these bulbs as a bedside lamp and haven't used it's full brightness. It is very bright in a small (15'x15') room.

I'm going to go out on a limb and just say yes. I don't know the size of the room or what you would consider bright enough but these bulbs are pretty good. They are very similar to regular 60 watt bulbs if that helps at all. Two should do the trick.
