• The NG+ is not in the physical game. You'll have to buy the Master Vacation dlc

• No only the Deluxe Edition has NG+ they tried doing this in like a dragon yakuza/LAD7 but they were forced to be free in the west due to backlash and they’re trying to do it again even with the backlash
