“Will this work for Virtualbox machines? I have kali linux in a Virtualbox environment I have installed on Linux Mint. I need to get this Kali vm online to install updates and get connected to a network emulator ran by a program on my local machine called CORE. Would this solve that problem? Would it allow me to connect my vm to my local host internet?”

• I cannot speak for a Linux host but I use this adapter on a Windows 10 host for about 8 VM's on Virtualbox made up up Windows and Linux clients. It works fine without any issues.

• You would need drivers for Linux in order to do that I would think. If you can find drivers, it should work. The LInksys web site may have the drivers you need, you would have to check there under the support link.
