My internet provider advertises 100 mbps, but only delivers 60 in my neighborhood.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does your laptop support AC wireless connections? If so you need to be on the 5 MHz network.

I'm no professional but I've been told many times that wireless signal isn't a constant and affected by many factors vs wired. When I call AT&T they always request me to attach to a ethernet cord. Did anyone tell you something different? If yes please tell me, I'll never get 100mbps from Att, maybe kbps lol , but anyway to improve what we do get sounds great. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience you will never get the full router speed connecting WiFi as you get when connected via wired connection. To get the best speed possible, make sure you are connecting to the 5G WiFi channel and not the 2G channel.
