• Absolutely! You will have a unhappy child but you can control how long they connect and when they can connect. You can also restrict content as well.

• from what I am trying out on the actual app you can go into the Parental Controls an not only block website but you can schedule a pause for specific devices

• Yes, you can set timers. There is an additional monthly fee if you want to use Linksys parental website filter
