So I’m adding camera system to my house ,but the dvr box requires a wired internet connection via Ethernet cable ,but we don’t have that port in the garage we’re the box is setup , will these work to provide a wired connection using the WiFi signal ? null

Yes, it will. The Ethernet port of the RE6300 let's you connect wired devices even if the unit itself is connected wirelessly from the router/modem. Just make sure to utilize the Spot Finder feature to find the right place to settle it down.
