• Hi, TripleD. The RE6300 should work with any router as long as there’s an active WiFi connection that it can connect to. By design, the extender can cover up to 6,500 Sq. Ft. range. However, physical obstructions will definitely affect its coverage. It may depend how thick the wall is.
