is this router compatible with xfinity? null

This is a router not a modem. It doesn’t have to be compatible with your ISP (Xfinity). It will connect to a modem which has to be compatible with your ISP. Most DOCSIS 3.0 and up modems are compatible with Xfinity. Just make sure you get one with voice (phone), only if you currently have voice service via your ISP.
