I figured out my problem … You have to turn on location services while using the app to set up …after that no problems at all.. took me a little bit to figure it out.. Tim75
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Suddenlink moved our router from the attic to the living room then I needed the booster for upstairs. We had to reset everything with the password for WiFi. I’m sure you have figured out the problem by now.
