Unfortunately it doesn't look like it will work. This adapter uses an Atheros chipset from Qualcomm, which is supported by the Linux kernel, but according to this page: https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/drivers/ath10k USB devices using this particular chipset are not yet supported. The page indicates that work is ongoing to add support, so it may start working at some point in the future. The adapter linked below should work without any issues on Linux.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The two Linux systems that have the drivers are Ubuntu and Solaris VirtualBox, as they can translate windows drivers to Linux. The MAC and most Linux systems were not certified for this unit. Experiment and see if a compatible driver can emulate for Windows to Linux drivers; but most products need to say Linux and Mac OS compliant, do not gamble or guess with devices. the support link - https://www.linksys.com/us/p/P-WUSB6100M/#product-features There is no Linux support, I found one article with a workaround for ubuntu -> http://www.itadmintools.com/2011/11/getting-your-linksys-wireless-adapter.html

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Most of these adapters are designed for windows, and require driver installation. I don't think it will work with linux. Look up the product webpage for driver info.
