Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not a pro, but I might be able to help. I'm describing Windows 10, but other versions of Windows are similar. First, click on search (looks like a magnifying glass), them type in "control panel." When you click on control panel, click on "devices and hardware," "devices and printers." You can see a representation of the devices on your computer. You should see one that says "Linksys WUSB6100M." If you don't, your device has not been recognized. If you see the device and a yellow triangle, the device has been recognized, but the driver is not working for whatever reason. If you see the device, you can right click on the icon and get several options, including troubleshooting. Sometimes, all you need to do is delete the driver and let the computer find the device again. Sometimes you need to download a new or different driver from the internet. To do this without an internet connection will be difficult and may require using a different computer or a hard wire option. This depends on what alternatives you have. Hope this helps.
