I' m lost to using this cool network adapter! Do you still need a eithernet cable for the wireless to work? I have wireless access just want to know if this can connect to internet without tech support! Thank you for your help! null

Hi, I have this adapter and you do not need a cable. It comes with a dvd that you load into your computer. After that, you just plug the adapter into your computer and you will connect to your router without any need of wires. Hope this helps!

Its really easy. Just insert the provided disk first, then it will prompt you to insert the adapter into one of your USb ports. Follow instructions and it will set it up for you. When you see that its working just select your network and input pw and you should be all set.

I found this to be a super easy install. I was using an old XP desktop. I had to use the install disk (included with the adapter) and it took about 1 minute for the whole install. Great answer to my connectivity question.

Wether you need a tech or not can only be answered by you. There is enough support online you may want to try yourself.

It will work without a cable. Just plug it into a usb port, install drivers from disc and click on icon on the bottom right of your screen. You may have to enter the security number listed on your router.
