“Can you hook up a landline phone to it?”

• No you cannot connect a land line phone to it. These only work with an existing router or high speed internet modem from your ISP.

• If you have Spectrum, you MUST use their modem for a landline. (We found out the hard way). So...we have the Spectrum modem, which we plug our phone line into. Then we plug the the first Velop node into the other port of the modem. After that, you determine where to plug the other two nodes. There is an app that you have to get on your phone for set-up. I had some technical difficulties; so, I called the Velop concierge people and they helped me with success. The coverage seems great and works well in our garage, even. We have a 3,000 sq ft. home.
