“After I reboot my modem the Velop comes on but after 5 or 10 minutes the blue light turns red. Do I have a problem?”

• You are looking at a full system reset. I experienced this often enough that I'm calling it quits. Hold down the reset button on the button of the unit for 10 full seconds. You're now ready to start from scratch. Might wanna get used to this routine.

• Hi, Dennis. The red LED on the Velop indicates no internet. You may try to check if you have internet connection from the modem and make sure that the Ethernet cables are properly connected.
